Use this page to manage the core properties and design actions of your Docomotion Form.
Where to find these settings: Navigate to the Docomotion Forms tab in Salesforce and select the specific Form record you wish to manage.
To make changes to the Form record, always click Edit at the top of the page first. Once your modifications are complete, click Save to apply them.

Edit: Modify the primary Form details and metadata.

Delete: Permanently remove the form. Note: This action is irreversible.

Clone: Efficiently replicate an existing structure. This creates a new Form including all linked data models, default generation settings, and related interactive elements.

Preview: View a sample output of your form. This is available only for Active forms and uses placeholder data for Salesforce fields.

Export: Save your form locally as a file for backup or to import into a different Salesforce environment.
Design & Lifecycle Actions

Define Data Model: Structure and organize the Salesforce data that will populate your document.

Open Designer: Launch the intuitive MS Word-based editor to visually customize your layout using drag-and-drop functionality.

Activate: Once your design is uploaded, click this to set the form to an ‘Active’ state. Designers can test active forms before they are live for all users.

Publish: Make the finalized form accessible to ‘Generator’ users. This is the final step to move your document into production.
