If you are unable to activate Forms, or your live editor is not working properly, you might need to configure the Salesforce session settings, to enable Docomotion to interact with Salesforce.

To configure Salesforce session settings:

  1. In Salesforce Setup, navigate to Administer > Security Settings > Session Settings.

  2. In the Session Settings area, uncheck: 
    • Lock sessions to the IP address from which they originated.
    • Lock sessions to the domain in which they were first used.

  3. Click Save.
