If you are unable to activate Forms you might need to configure the Salesforce session settings , to enable Docomotion to interact with Salesforce.
To configure Salesforce session settings:
1. In Salesforce Setup, navigate to Administer > Security Settings > Session Settings.
2. In the Session Settings area, uncheck:
- Lock sessions to the IP address from which they originated
- Lock sessions to the domain in which they were first used.
3. Click Save.
