But to keep pace with their fast-growing customer base and more importantly, keeping up with constantly changing digital technologies, document creation soon became a critical USP for the CloudTech sales team. Customer demand for robust and reliable document generation was so great, that customers who once produced documents in a matter of hours, and some, in as long as a few days, could now create, edit and send documents in a mere 35 minutes.
