CHALLENGES

Serving a wide range of Salesforce customers throughout the country, CloudTech solutions including document generation processes, are embedded into each and every customer project. But to keep pace with their fast-growing customer base and more importantly, keeping up with constantly changing digital technologies, document creation soon became a critical USP for the CloudTech sales team. Customer demand for robust and reliable document generation was so great, that customers who once produced documents in a matter of hours, and some, in as long as a few days, could now create, edit and send documents in a mere 35 minutes. But even this was not fast enough.

It came time for CloudTech management team to implement a fully-automated document generation solution and meet customers’ growing demands. “We needed a process that could build a document, any document, in one minute or less,” said Gil Pasternak, EVP & VP Sales & Partners at CloudTech. “We looked for a solution that would enable our customers to create documents with just one click, and where all related Salesforce data would automatically be sent to customers in a matter of seconds.”

Pasternak explained that the ideal solution would also have to save all outdated MS-Word documents, helping to prevent numerous errors and inconsistencies when different versions and templates are used worldwide. What’s more, CloudTech needed to provide a solution that would enable their customers to deploy and enhance their Salesforce document generation capabilities. The greatest challenge was to deliver seamless, fast and easy editing tools that did not require programming skills, and offer full support for all document types, such as MS-Word, PDF and email, with wide and varied HTML5 formats and distribution capabilities – a long shopping list.

SOLUTION

With Docomotion now part of CloudTech’s solution offering, the results speak for themselves.
